When we were school-going kids, our mothers used to run after us all over the house to convince us to drink milk. We were irritated and furious to drink a glass of plain milk the moment we woke up and brushed our teeth.Later on, in order to persuade us, she began to use seasoning substances, nutritious flavoured powders, dry fruits so that we would drink it readily. This strategy really worked. The only thing we knew at that time was that milk is good for health and we would become tall, strong and smart in future.
